Miracle Noodle Recipes
MIRACLE NOODLES HONGKONG STYLE
2 bags of Angel Hair Noodles……washed and patted dry
1 lb of lean coarsely ground sirloin beef
2 tbs of chopped garlic
2 tbs of chopped ginger
1 1/2 packs of Taco Seasoning ( any brand will do!)
1/2 cup of beef broth
1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 cup of diced English Cucumber
In a heavy pan, brown the ground sirloin without adding any additional oil ; as it browns, add the garlic and ginger.
Once it is well cooked , add the Taco Seasoning and the beef broth , cover, and allow to simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Add the cilantro and stir it in well.
Place the noddles in a serving platter and seperate with hands gently…..I have used kitchen shears to cut them so they do not clump together.
Spread the sirloin on top and sprinkle the diced cucumber as a garnish.
Bon Apetit!
NOTE : You can use garlic powder and ginger powder …….1 1/2 tsp of garlic and 1/2 tsp of ginger powder.
English cucumber is a better quality cucumber which is seedless and much better tolerated by those with gastric issues.
